All Autamos packages are backed by a 45-day money-back guarantee.If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 45 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to new clients only and is valid from the date of your initial payment.
To request a refund:

Requests must be submitted within 45 calendar days of your first payment
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method
Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
Autamos operates on a monthly rolling subscription. You are billed automatically every 30 days via Stripe using your preferred payment method.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your subscription at any time by notifying our team at least 7 days before your next billing cycle
Once cancelled, you’ll retain full access to your system until the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 45-day window has passed
Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage clients to reach out to us directly if there are any concerns with billing, service delivery, or performance. Our support team is committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
If a dispute or chargeback is initiated through your bank or card provider:
We will provide all evidence of service delivery, onboarding logs, and communication records
Disputes should only be used as a last resort, after attempting to resolve the issue directly with us
Misuse of dispute processes may result in account suspension or legal review
